Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 DF FG Light Crimson/Wolf Grey

The Nike Hypervenom 3 Elite DF in Light Crimson and Wolf Grey comes from Raised on Concrete, the pack Nike's players switched into for the start of the 2018/19 season. It was the boldest boot in the collection, pairing crimson with grey, and this is the mid-collared Dynamic Fit version.

The upper is a single piece of Flyknit, knitted open where it needs to flex and dense where it needs support, with an All Conditions Control finish for touch in wet and dry weather. Poron foam pods form the strike zone, soft on a pass and firm on a hard strike. Flywire cables run from the sole through channels in the upper and tie into the laces, and an offset Dynamic Fit Collar steadies the ankle on sharp lateral cuts. Underneath, the outsole pairs a flexible Pebax forefoot with a stiffer nylon heel, and a NikeGrip insole keeps the foot from sliding.

This pair is a US 9, brand new without original box. Reviewers found the Hypervenom 3 true to size, with a Flyknit upper that adapts to a range of foot shapes and softens with each wear, needing little break-in. The collar gives a snug hold around the ankle.
