Refund policy

Returns are accepted on items sent back to us in brand-new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.   

Because our cleats are sold in new condition, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any pair that has been worn or used, and we are not responsible for damage that occurs after wear. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, we strongly encourage you to reach out before purchasing — we're happy to help.   

We reserve the right to refuse service and to cancel any order at our discretion.
