Refunds/Returns

We accept returns on items sent back to us in brand-new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Because our cleats are sold in new condition, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any pair that has been worn or used, and we are not responsible for damage that occurs after wear. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, we strongly encourage you to reach out before purchasing — we're happy to help.

We reserve the right to refuse service and to cancel any order at our discretion.

Our 14-day return policy applies to US customers only.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees set by the destination country. These fees are not covered by Retro Soccer Cleats and are the customer's responsibility. They are charged by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient before the goods can be released and delivered.

If an international customer refuses or fails to pay the required customs fees, the order is not eligible for a refund. Please pay all fees promptly to avoid delays with your delivery.

If you choose not to pay the import fees and don't accept delivery, you can have the item reshipped — but you'll need to cover the shipping cost again.

We strongly advise international customers to review their country's customs fees, duties, and taxes before ordering to ensure a smooth, timely delivery.
