The Nike Tiempo Legend 8 Elite is the eighth generation of Nike's leather Tiempo, launched in June 2019 with a new mix of materials: unstitched kangaroo leather over a Quadfit mesh lining and a Flyknit tunnel. Sergio Ramos, Gerard Piqué and Virgil van Dijk are among the players who wore the boot. This pair is the White / Pure Platinum / Wolf Grey colorway, now out of production.
The kangaroo leather is left unstitched for touch, with a textured forefoot and All Conditions Control for consistent control in wet or dry weather. New to the Tiempo, the Quadfit mesh lining removes the break-in period and stops the leather overstretching. The Flyknit Fit Tunnel wraps around the midfoot, and a NikeGrip sockliner helps hold the foot in place.
Underfoot is a lightweight Hyperstability plate with conical studs for stable, multidirectional traction on firm natural ground.
