Nike Hypervenom Phantom 1 SG Pro White/Black/Volt

The original Nike Hypervenom Phantom, released in summer 2013, was the first Hypervenom, Nike's agility boot for deceptive attacking players, and took over from the long-running T90 line. This is the soft-ground SG-Pro version, in White, Black and Volt.

The upper is NikeSkin, a three-layer build: a stable inner layer, a thin perforated mesh for breathability, and an ultra-thin, heavily textured microfibre skin on the outside for grip on the ball, finished with All Conditions Control. Short, off-centre laces clear a larger strike zone, and an asymmetric heel counter sits higher on the inside of the foot. Underneath, a split forefoot keeps the big toe in contact with the ground for longer, torsion bars run through the plate, and SG-Pro studs grip on soft, wet pitches.

This pair is a US 9, brand new without original box. Reviewers found it noticeably wider than other Nike boots of the time, snug and comfortable straight away, with the NikeSkin upper stretching gradually over time. Players with a narrow foot may find it roomy.
